To register for the tournament, complete the online registration and pay via PayPal (you don’t have to have a PayPal account) to ensure your prompt entry into the tournament.

Please note that registering before the deadline does not guarantee entry. Entries are only guaranteed upon receipt of payment while there are open spots in the chosen draw. All entries are guaranteed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date and time of receipt of all entry fees.
You may enter a maximum of three events: one (1) singles, one (1) non-gender-specific doubles, and one (1) mixed doubles. Unfortunately, the tournament committee is not able to accommodate players who wish to play in two draws of the same discipline. If you are interested in playing in a women-only draw, please contact the tournament director to express your interest!
For doubles entries, you may select your doubles partner or the tournament committee will randomly pair you with a similarly unattached player. Doubles partner requests will be honored if both partners register and pay prior to the registration deadline.
If you are unable to pay via PayPal or have a free entry certificate, please contact the tournament director for more information. Your place in the draw will not be confirmed until payment (or a free entry certificate) is received.

No telephone entries will be accepted. An entry is incomplete until payment is received in full and your payment (e.g., check, eCheck) has cleared the bank.
Note: Any payment made to the Capital Tennis Association (CTA), a 501(c)(4) organization, is not tax deductible because CTA is not considered to be a charitable organization. This includes tournament and registration fees, including donations to charity made through the tournament software.
Also PLEASE enter your GLTA player identification number to register. This is so we can track your success on the court! If you do not recall your GLTA player identification number, use the SEARCH window by selecting PLAYERS from the dropdown menu. If you do not have a GLTA player identification number, then you must sign up on the GLTA website. Please check to make sure you don't have multiple profiles, each with their own player identification number; if you do, then email the site manager.
