CTA Coronavirus Status Updates

  • Please review and accept CTA's updated guidelines and waiver for COVID-19 league play and to participate in any CTA-sponsored events
    • You must review and accept these guidelines and waiver via this Google Forms Survey before your first league match, whether you've purchased the match or are subbing in
    • The same guidelines and waiver apply to other CTA-sponsored events, such as tournaments and social events, so be sure you review and accept it before you participate in those events as well.
    • A copy of the guidelines and waiver is also found here and linked on this page.
