CTA Trivia Night

August 8!  August 22!  CTA Trivia Nights!

Come out to the Green Lantern on August 8 and August 22 from 5-9PM to show us how smart you are . . . or to just get your drink on and eat on the cheap while escaping the DC August heat!  This is a great chance to meet new folks and laugh at silly trivia questions and answers.  Winners will be crowned Queens of All Things Smart and might get a prize (you have to play to find out what you win, right?).  Non-CTA friends, relatives and others are welcome and encouraged to attend!

WHEN:  Saturday, August 8, 5-9PM, and Saturday, August 22, 5-9PM.  You can attend one or both nights.

WHERE:  The Green Lantern, 1335 Green Court, NW, Washington, DC 20005.  www.greenlanterndc.com (the link has a map and directions).

HOW MUCH:  $10/person/night or $40/team/night (limit 4 people per team).  You don't need a full team to register (we can place you on a team with other smarties).  And you don't need to attend both nights.  Just choose your night and sign up. 

All proceeds benefit the Cap Classic.  We will be providing pizza and other food.  There will be a cash bar for drinks.  And knowing our Cap Classic Committee, jello shots and a raffle are probables. 

FYI, the trivia questions on August 8 will focus on general LGBT issues (history, current events, etc.) and the trivia questions on August 22 will be solely tennis related (so, if you know who Carling Bassett-Seguso is and if you know the rules of tennis backwards and forwards, then you should do pretty well on the 22nd).
